A decade after Giuliani pushed the strip clubs out of Time Square, the good people of a gentrifying Long Island City are trying to get rid of their seasoned undesirables: "Scandals, at 24-03 Queens Plaza North, is suing the city and the Department of Buildings to stop the government from trying to change the club's certificate of occupancy, which would make it illegal for the club to remain as is in the approximately 6,000-square-foot location."
