EaterWire: Pepper's Finally Evicted, Shuffle at Bar Luna

UPPER WEST SIDE— According to PR, the opening of the restaurant Bar Luna, coming into the Neptune Room space, was delayed due to liquor license issues. TRIBECA— Reviled Tribeca bar Deca (a.k.a. Peppers a.k.a Club Fahrenheit) has finally been evicted after two years of protests from the community.
