Check out Always Hungry's pictures of the pao now being served at Aamchi Pao at 194 Bleecker. We recognize that a) its predecessor Indian Bread Co. served things like "naanwiches" and b) pao are inspired by Pav Bhaji, legitimate snacks served on the street in Mumbai. But c'mon, how do you eat that thing? Just put that tandoori paneer over rice.
