Two of A Kind: The Summer Grilling Issues

The covers of the current issues of Saveur (for its "Texas Issue") and Gourmet (for its "Grilling Issue"). It should be noted that Bon Ap has steak on its cover for July (reader correctly notes they have ribs, not steak on their cover! Whoopsie!), but, sadly, it's cut into strips. Our tipster who noticed the similarity muses, "I wonder if the bone is always on the upper left like that. Like how a whole fish is always plated with the head to the right. (I think it’s symbolic: the fish is swimming into its fate.)"
