Late Night Bites: Scarpetta Tries to Draw in New Crowd

Fette Sau isn't the only Eater favorite with a new late night menu. The PR team at Scarpetta emails to let us know that Scott Conant is launching a new late night menu in his front cafe room next Tuesday. Apparently inspired by his work at Bar Tonno the menu consists of items served "tonno style" (meaning lots of crudo) and half portions of Scarpetta's signature dishes. Meanwhile, wine director (and future author) Jeff Tascarella will offer 10 "cult wines." The menu, available Tues - Fri, 10pm—1am is below:
