NOLITA— From the Inbox, "Emporio, a recently opened rustic Roman-style trattoria in Nolita, has been awarded its wine and beer license.  After a suspension in liquor license approvals as a result of a State Liquor Authority bribery investigation, starting today, the restaurant will be able to offer wine and beer to its patrons." [EaterWire]

EAST VILLAGE— According to PR, Back Forty will bring back weekly Tuesday crab boils starting tomorrow and running every Tuesday this summer until Sept 1. $40 a pop. [EaterWire]

MIDTOWN— The Feedbag reports that Marea will offer a $34 lunch deal starting tomorrow: "For your $34, you get an appetizer and either a pasta or an entree, with each additional course $17." [TFB]

EAST VILLAGE— File under revivals: EV Grieve has it that recently shuttered Evolution, fka 2-by-4, may not really be closed after all, but merely closed for renovations. [EV Grieve]
