3) Midtown: Nation Restaurant's News learns that bagel chain Bruegger's Bagels is going to enter the New York market with 15 new locations in Manhattan, starting in Midtown. The chain is in talks to open locations by NYU. [PLYWOOD]
4) East Village: EV Grieve learns that the old Spots Cafe on St. Marks will reopen as the East Village's 800,675th ice cream shop. [PLYWOOD]
