Tomorrow night at 11:35 p.m., Dovetail's John Fraser will become the latest NYC chef to appear on Nightline's food segment "Platelist," and in honor of Mother's Day, momma comes along for the ride. Mom shows chef how to make her brook trout, son teaches mom how to make his soft boiled egg with lavender foam, and it's all so very precious. Bonus quote: Fraser on how unglamorous cooking is:
"I think the glamour of cooking happens at the table with the guests, I think that everything leading up to it, from the farm to the kitchen, to the dishwashers, to the chef, it’s very blue collar...it’s not an artist’s job really."
