Today, we're letting you all predict which restaurants, restaurateurs, and chefs are going home with the big wins at tonight's James Beard Awards. Currently, Keith McNally and Dan Barber are favorites in our poll for winning the Outstanding Restaurateur and Chef categories. Up next: The Outstanding Restaurant of the Year and the Best New Restaurant, for which NYC holds five of the 10 total finalists.
