After five years of criticism from environmental groups, Nobu's London restaurants have agreed to add the following footnote to their menus: "Bluefin tuna is an environmentally threatened species – please ask your server for an alternative." No word yet on whether the chain plans to add the note to more menus, but there's no chance this is going to keep Greenpeace off their backs. [Independent]
