Long-time Tribeca bartenders Abdul Tabini (The Odeon), Kenneth McCoy (Dylan, Layla, Ella), and Michael Neff (Macao Trading Co, Grace) hope to open their spot, which "will feature cocktails and international comfort food," in three weeks.
