Full Menu at Prime Meats Expected Imminently

Perhaps nothing can be expected "imminently" when it comes to the Carroll Gardens darlings Frank Falcinelli and Castronovo, but progress is on the horizon. Word on the street is their new restaurant Prime Meats which opened for drinks in January, and breakfast and bar food in March may start churning a more extensive menu—and burgers!—out of their ginormous industrial kitchen soon. Food & Wine VIP Kate Krader tweets:"...prime meats. Their gas just turned on. Burgers coming next week." Up until now their limited menu could be made at Frankies 457 next door.
