Arby's is hoping to open a new branch in the historic Gage & Tollner space in Brooklyn (most recently a TGI Fridays), but the Landmark's Preservation Commission isn't letting them get off so easy. They sent the franchisee back to the drawing board because of the floor color, the size of the booths and ordering counter, and the addition of illuminated signs. [Brownstoner]
