West Village: At the end of April, a vandal broke the windows of the the temporarily shuttered Beatrice Inn. But that wasn't a strong enough message for certain neighbors. Found today: four separate signs scribbled in marker all over the windows and signage. The friendly notes speak for themselves. Enjoy.
