Those unfamiliar with Indian Bread Co.: as you were. But for you NYU kids and Village regulars that frequent the poor man's Hampton Chutney at lunchtime every day, we'd like you to know that at this very moment, it's getting gutted, most likely due to a failed DOH inspection last week.
