Yesterday Brooklyn the Borough broke the news that Siberia owner Tracey Westmoreland would be opening Manhattans, a new bar in Prospect Heights. Today Grubz gets some follow up details. The new bar will not be like a Siberia 2.0 (he'll be reopening Siberia sometime down the line), there will be performance art and theater, the bar has rooftop rights, and Westmoreland's not a huge fan of neighbor bar Franklin Park.
