FORT GREENE— The Times reports that Navy Yard Cocktail Lounge the "scariest bar in Brooklyn" may be in trouble: "The building in which the Cocktail Lounge is housed, along with three others on Washington Avenue, is for sale for $3 million. According to Lawrence Daitch, a broker for Prudential Douglas Elliman...there has been serious interest in replacing the buildings on Washington Avenue with a boutique hotel." [NYT]

NATIONWIDE— On April 29, Baskin Robbins will sell 2.5 ounce scoops of ice cream for 31 cents. The event is held every year in honor of the National Volunteer Fire Council. [EaterWire]
