According to the Independent Film Channel's upcoming programming slate, the network has decided to turn Tailor chef Sam Mason's online show "Dinner with the Band" into a real bona fide TV program. Just as he did in the original eight-episode show filmed prior to the opening of Tailor, Mason will give a cooking lesson to an indie band, followed by a live performance. It's no FN or Bravo show, but DWTB could put the tatted up Mason a step closer to the holy land that is TV Chef Stardom, and perhaps provide him with a backup should anything (god forbid!) happen to Tailor.
