Patois Certified Open in Nolita, BK Space in the Works

[A look around the new space]

Nolita: This morning, Lost City confirmed earlier reports that Jim Mamary and Alan Harding's shuttered Brooklyn standby Patois would be reborn at a new location in Manhattan. The new space, at 177 Mulberry Street—right around the corner from La Esquina—has been open for about a week now, and the menu is fairly similar to its Brooklyn predecessor, if a tad more pricey.

As for the rumored Brooklyn charcuterie shop, a worker tells us it's, well, still in the works; she expects it to be open by the end of the year. And that $12.95 unlimited mimosa deal? That's for real.
