Flo Fab reports that Christian Delouvrier has taken over as chef at the goose egged Secession: "Mr. Bouley said that under its new chef, a simpler menu will soon emerge at the restaurant...Mr. Delouvrier once earned four stars from The New York Times when he was the chef at Lespinasse, and three stars as the chef of Alain Ducasse New York in the Essex House."
