The Cuozz reports that even in this economy, people are still acting totally bonkers: "BLT Steak sells a whole tenderloin's worth of Wagyu each week...Old Homestead sells an average 150 Wagyu burgers ($41 each) and 'between 40 and 100' of its 10-ounce, $150 (a relative bargain) Wagyu sirloin steak each week."
