After owners of the Greene Grape Provisions store in Fort Greene found their locked delivery container devoid of the usual stacks of newspapers for a week, they installed a camera to figure out what was going on. And after reviewing the tapes, they found their culprit: one of the men delivering their morning bread supply. So, they did what any BK business owners would do—they printed out a picture of the man in the act and taped it to the box for all to see.
A rep at the store tells us their thief got the message and the papers are arriving once again: "It's crazy because we don't make money on papers. It's more like a service. But when someone steals a stack of them, it's kind of frustrating."
