4) Astoria: Joey in Astoria provides some more details on Bare Burger, the new organic burger joint coming to 31st Ave and 34th Street: "Bare Burger is an organic burger company, started by some friends who were born and raised in Astoria and wanted to open up a tasty eatery in their hometown. Their menu is going to offer a wide variety of organic burgers: grass fed meats, including Piedmontese beef, bison, elk, ostrich, lamb, turkey, chicken, and even a veggie burger...Pricewise, a standard bareburger...will be about $10 or so." 5) Flushing: Gothamist reports the old Caffe on the Green space—a popular Italian eatery and caterer that was evicted by the city in January— will soon become an Italian restaurant operated by vets of restaurants Aureole and Tribeca Grill. It will be called Valentino on the Green. [PLYWOOD]

10) East Village: Jeremiah Moss spots a mystery restaurant coming to East 7th: "...something's coming to the former Addukkan space on a block of 7th Street that has been turning fast--these baskets were dumped, the windows are papered, and the permit says a kitchen is coming.
