Time Warner Center: A quick update on yesterday's post about the 20% administrative charge included on every bill at Masa. First, the comment thread is 37 comments strong, and the the debate is getting more contentious by the minute. Second, the original tipster emails us today to let us know they have filed a complaint with the city (good luck!). They also want to point out that the restaurant was sued by a waiter four years ago, something that is an interesting side note but not incredibly shocking given waiter lawsuits have become almost commonplace in the city over the last few years.
