Pampa Grill, the steakhouse that opened in Williamsburg's so-called Fishtank Building (a onetime Curbed obsession) on Graham Avenue, has shuttered. Even though the grassfed steak spot was related to the more popular Chimu and was one of the more architecturally interesting dining destinations in the nabe, it never took with the locals.
