Chef Shuffles: Todd English Out at Pet Project The Libertine

FiDi: The Dash Feedbag reports and a call to the restaurant confirms: Todd English and his head chef Eben Leonard (raised within the English farm system) are out at the celeb chef's latest NYC vanity project, The Libertine in the Gild Hall Hotel. It's unclear who decided on the departure, but a worker in the kitchen at the oft-deserted spot tells us they plan on staying open and maintaining the same menu, at least until they get a new chef.
