Doomed Spaces

New, 1 comment

It was just reported on Monday that Brooklyn Heights would be getting a Tea Lounge, Park Slope's notorious mommy and writer hangout. Already the neighbors are griping: "...the main concern of some blog readers is that the shop will be 'overflowing with kiddies,'...College kids are another cause of distress for some..." The bigger problem: it's opening in a doomed space that has held seven restaurants in the past 25 years. [BHB; BP]
