The Deal: Per a purported "tipster": "I was just at Ono at the Hotel Gansevoort tonight and had no idea they ran such an awesome happy hour. It's called Lucky 7's and they have a $7 menu with sushi, appetizers, wine, sake, cocktails, martinis, etc.—they even offer it on the rooftop."
