World's End Not Yet Nigh: Top Restaurants Still Hiring

New, 3 comments

It's not all doom and gloom out there, everyone. Apparently, there are still jobs to be had, as evidenced by yesterday's career fair at the French Culinary Institute. Sure it was packed—over 300 students and alumni attended—but over 39 employers showed up to snag some fresh blood. The best part: a good number of attendees were serious New York restaurants including Momofuku, '21' Club, Allegretti, Blue Hill, and Ken Friedman's upcoming project The Breslin.
