WEST VILLAGE— The Feed brings word that The Rusty Knot is throwing a party for their one year anniversary. [The Feed]

CENTRAL PARK— The City Room brings more on today's Tavern on the Green potential bidder meeting: "Some bidders’ questions appeared to express concern about the profitability of a Tavern-like restaurant with unionized help....They said the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning system is two decades old...Mr. Kloth added that the menu will be important in choosing the winning bid..." [City Room]

EAST VILLAGE— DBTH brings word of a new lounge/bar opening under Avenue B's China 1: "The space previously hosted spontaneous dance parties, but it has been repositioned as a stand alone lounge...The space is designed to look like an ancient Chinese palace, and holds up to 100 people. The target crowd is 'models, agency reps, designers, photographers', and even the staff will be models." [DBTH]

WILLIAMSBURG— Grub Street has the sad report that Motorino in Williamsburg has stopped allowing patrons to bring their own wine, as they've gotten closer to getting their final liquor license approval. [GS]
