Soho: Could it be that the saga of FROG—the story that kept on giving—has ended? The restaurant that opened for a year, turned into a club, closed, opened again, and closed again is finally up for sale, according to a listing by brokerage firm Walker Malloy. The space, on a block that manages to be unappealing even with its proximity to Balthazar, could be all yours for $500k key money and $20k a month in rent on a 9 year lease.
