Following in the footsteps of Colicchio's Halfsteak and Damon: Frugal Fridays, Michael Psilakis and Donatella Arpaia are tweaking Anthos. This Thursday they launch Anthos Upstairs, "a 48-seat restaurant serving small plates that Psilakis called 'more evolved than Kefi food and not as evolved as Anthos.'" Dishes run $9 - 15.
