Lower East Side: Earlier this year, the Department of Health announced their plans to give all restaurants health inspection letter grades that they will be required to post prominently in their windows. To get a jump start on this public dissemination of health info, someone has stapled a printed out inspection of Nolita pizza place L'Asso to a pole.
