Karaoke spot Planet Rose is looking for a renewal, Sonia Rose (sweet, sweet Sonia Rose) is looking for an upgrade, and Webster Hall wants to add three bars. The good news for the residents of East 5th Street, where we found the above notice: the Corp to be formed at 91 2nd Ave (a.k.a. a "disco") has withdrawn their application.
