East Village: Last week, we—and every paper, mag, and newsletter in the city—brought word of the opening of Butcher Bay, the new Mid-Atlantic seafood spot in the dearly departed Seymour Burton space. Now, we offer a look around the space. It's much improved from the construction zone that was Seymour Burton, featuring a rustic, worn in look and a curved raw bar by the kitchen packed with oysters, lobsters, and clams.
