Plywood Renderings: The Soon to Open An Choi

Lower East Side: The somewhat futuristic gritty-chic image you see above is a conceptual rendering of the soon to open An Choi, a Vietnamese restaurant coming to the LES. Opening at 85 Orchard "sometime this month," the restaurant will focus on Vietnamese street food including bahn mi, pho and Vietnamese spring rolls. CB3 already gave the green light for a liquor license, so the opening shouldn't be too far off. Photos and menus to come as the restaurant gets closer to its debut.
