DOH Chronicles: Payard, Westville Reopen

WVill & UES: Two important DOH Chronicles updates. First, this came in over the wire last night: "All violations have been addressed and Payard Patisserie and Bistro looks forward to reopening to our customers first thing tomorrow morning." We're glad that situation is back on the rails.

As for Westville, the official report will be up soon, but the Dept. of Health tells us the shutter wasn't due to a guest bathroom in the back of the kitchen, as suspected: "It was closed due to 200 rat droppings found in the facility. In addition food was not held at the proper temperatures." According to their answering machine, they reopened yesterday morning.
