Subject: Why Do I Have to Call to Confirm a Reservation?
Can you please do a story about restaurants that require you to call back and confirm a reservation? So annoying. I confirmed when I called and made a resy. I have a reservation at Perilla tomorrow night. I made it two days ago. Not only do I get an email from OpenTable, but then she calls and says, "We require that you call and confirm by tomorrow at noon." Really?
