Two days ago we linked to a Chowhound thread where a user robotcoupe says he was pressured into getting a $60 bottle of wine at Picholine. Chef/owner Terrance Brennan writes in with this response: "I read the eater link about the chowhound post in which a diner thought he got 'railroaded' into a $60 bottle of wine on our menu d’ economie.
