The Brunster gets on the topic of tipping. A server emails to say diners aren't just ordering less, they're tipping a lower percentage, cutting her income by $300 a week. Says the Brunz: "Getting tighter with tips is an easy way for customers to limit their spending, but doing that is in many ways breaking of an implicit contract. And it has victims."
