A reader, with some not so great news about BLT Fish: "Last night, I had dinner at BLT Fish and the modestly-sized dining room was never more than half full the entire evening. Not surprising considering the fact that the menu isn't exactly recession-friendly...It was around 8:30 p.m. when we noticed in the open kitchen that four cooks were just kind of hanging out...To any cook that works in a busy Manhattan kitchen, standing around during the heart of service (even on the Monday after Valentine's Day) is pretty much unheard of.
