Waiting for the Day: Lovely Day Takeout Only Until "Spring"

Nolita: After a severe fire last October, neighborhood favorite Lovely Day had to close for three months for repairs. But, we collectively rejoiced when it was reported that the restaurant would reopen on January 23rd for takeout and deliveries "before swinging into a full-scale operation." While, we were hoping they'd be back for good at this point, a spot check this afternoon reveals it may be awhile. It may feel like spring today, but we could have a couple months wait before sitting to eat at Lovely Day.
