This time of year, who doesn't like to get stuff for free? Lucky for you, the annual Eater Giveaway Extravaganza is well underway. Until we run out of goodies, check this space regularly for new chances to win. 'Tis the season, friends. And publicists, ping us here if you want to offer something up to the hungry crowds.
The Eater Giveaway Extravaganza soldiers on! And this one's a doozy, so pay attention. To celebrate the opening of Bar Pleiades, the new Daniel Boulud bar adjacent to Cafe Boulud, and raise some money for the charity Citymeals, they're throwing a cocktail party on January 20. In addition to chef Gavin Kaysen's food, the party will also feature the food stylings of one Nate Appleman of the forthcoming Pulino's, George Mendes of Aldea, and Vinny Dotolo and John Shook of LA's Animal. It will be a three hour long boozing and binging bonanza. Bonanza. How to win one of the four pairs of tickets (valued at $100 per ticket)? Create a cocktail inspired by one of the chefs, or up your chances by making one for each. Send the cocktail name and recipe to contests@eater.com by end of day Friday. For those who don't want to bother with the contest, tickets are found here.
If cocktails aren't your thing, check back later this week for more giveaways.
