Cincinnati Chili Craze

New, 2 comments

Today the New Yorker spotlights Cincinnati night at Edward's, a monthly event where the Tribeca restaurant serves the city's idiosyncratic thin and tangy chili over over-cooked spaghetti or on top of bland hot dogs. What started as a curiosity three years ago has grown into a full blown monthly expat reunion, and Edward's owner Edward Youkalis (uncle to Kevin) is finding it harder and harder to meet the demand.
