The traditional French Christmas dessert is meant to look like a log for the fire and is made with "layers upon layers of hazelnut biscuit, milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate biscuit, dark chocolate crémeux, and a chocolate hazelnut glaze". All you have to do to win: be the 10th person to email contests@eater.com with the subject line "Bûche de Noël". Entrants must be able to pick up the dessert at Benoit at 60 West 55th.
