2009_12_twist.jpgEater National has a first look at Twist, the most anticipated restaurant at the Vegas CityCenter and the first American restaurant from French Michelin three-star chef Pierre Gagnaire. This sucker cost $7 million to build and features 300 illuminated globes that "float across the ceiling" and 20 foot high windows that overlook the city lights. Click through for the restaurant porn.
