A tipster this morning sent a sad email revealing that Silent H, a solid Vietnamese restaurant and a nice option near the Bedford area in Williamsburg, is closing this month: "He has plans to reopen, but won't be serving Vietnamese food. (I've heard it could be Mexican-inspired.) I was kind of surprised to hear the news considering the place has great reviews and was even showcased in the New York Times for its Vietnamese sandwiches." Calls to the restaurant confirm it is closing and may reopen as a new concept, but we were unable to reach the owner, who knows the extent of the revamp. Make a visit while it's still around.
