DOH CHRONICLES—Yesterday Midtown Lunch discovered part of the new New York City Health Code prohibited the sale of seafood of any kind. Unsurprisingly, people got pretty upset about the development, given there are so many tasty fried fish sandwiches served on the streets of New York.
