Philly.com brings word that Stephen Starr, he of Buddakan and Morimoto in New York and much more in Philadelphia, is in negotiations to open a Vietnamese restaurant in an unnamed New York hotel. And lo and behold, the company is already sending out an open call for chefs over the twitter. The question is, which hotel is he eying? The upcoming Mondrian will supposedly have a Sam Talbot restaurant, the Chatwal has Zakarian's Lamb's Club. But NoMad, opening across the street from the Ace Hotel could be a possibility. Wherever it is, chances are she'll be a monster. Have any guesses? Put 'em in the comments.
