Welcome to the weekly Shutter. Know of any other restaurant that has served its last? Let us know.

2009_11_jeollado1.jpg1) East Village: An East Village operative sends in word that Jeollado, the giant decade old discount sushi and large party spot, has closed on East 4th Street. Not the best option for sushi or Japanese fare in the EVill, but it's still sad to see it go. [ShutterWire]

2) Greenwich Village: Jeremiah's Vanishing NY learns the Papaya King on the busy intersection of 7th Ave. and 14th Street has closed. It went on the market earlier this year just weeks after the similar Clinton Papaya on the LES bit the big one. [JVNY]

3) East Village: EV Grieve reports that Revitali, another East Village hookah bar, has closed up shop on 1st Ave. between 7th and 8th: "Meanwhile, there are only 592 hookah bars left in the neighborhood..." [EVG]

4) East Village: EVG also brings word of yet another none too shocking and none too sad shutter in the East Village. St. Mark's smoothie shop, and home of the hot smoothie, Surf City is no more. [EVG]
